1.  
How long do i have to wait to get my items?
D2Palace has delivered Diablo 2 items 24/7, 365 days a year!   Delivery time can take from 5 minutes for smaller orders to 24 hours for large orders during the busiest times.  Most orders will be delivered in under 24 hours.  If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, something may be wrong.  First, check your junk mail folder to make our email (D2Palace.net) isn't getting trashed.  If you don't find anything there, please contact us through Live Chat to find out what the problem is.

How do I get my items?
D2Palace delivers Diablo 2 orders by mule accounts.  We create a new account for every order and put the items for that order on that account.  We then email you with the mule account username and password.  Then you can then access that mule account to get the items.  For PayPal payments, this mule account information is emailed to the email address that is with the PayPal account.  This is done for our safety.

Why and what is a 'Mule Account'?
Mule accounts are used just to hold the items that you order.  Mule characters are not permed and will expire after 10 days if not logged into.  For this reason it is important that you recover your items from the mule account within 10 days.  D2Palace delivers all its Diablo 2 orders by mule account.  If you need help transferring the items, please come to our live chat and a friendly rep will be glad to help you move your items.

How do I get the items to my account?
There are a couple of ways of how this can be done.  They are listed below in the order of safety:

1.  Contact us by Live Chat and we will personally help you in transferring the items in a game, just give us the game name and password.  We will meet you in a game.  You enter the game with your play character and pick up the items from the floor.

2.  If you have 2 computers and 2 copies of Diablo 2, you'll be able to move the items from the mule account to your play character by yourself :).  Be sure that you can actually open a trade window and trade the items that way. 

3.  If you can trust a friend who plays the game, you can have him/her access your mule account.  Do NOT trust random people you have met on Battle.net to help you get your items.  Get someone you know and can trust or don't use this method at all.  Always access the mule account yourself to see all the items you ordered are there before giving the mule account information to your friend.
 Diablo 2 deletes items that have been sitting on the ground for too long! D2Palace does not replace items lost during transfer for any reason.  If you are still at all unsure about transferring the items on your own, please contact our Live Chat for free! They will help you in transferring your items.

Can I get an item you don't sell on the site?
Definitely!  If you don't see the item you want on our site, just ask one of our representatives!  We have million's of items in our back store.  And the chances are we've got what you're looking for :).

Can I purchase items on USEast and use them on USWest?
No.  Items that are bought on one realm cannot be used on another realm!  In addition, a Hardcore character cannot use Softcore items (and vice versa).  USWest Characters cannot use Europe items; Ladder characters cannot use non-Ladder items; Classic characters cannot use Expansion items.  A character can only use the items from were they purchased from e.g. 'USWest'.  When shopping, make sure that you are ordering items for the right realm.  If you don't know what realm your character is on, please contact us Live Chat and we'll be glad to help you figure it out!

Why is it that some items are a little expensive?
Items today are pretty cheap! 4 years ago some items were worth over $1000 a piece!!!  As is the case in most markets, supply and demand determine price.  You may find items a little cheaper at other, less reputable websites! In the end, though you get what you pay for :).  If you want to get the best service, Super fast delivery and best selection, purchase from D2Palace.

If I buy more items will i get a discount?
If you are making a single purchase of over $500 and are willing to pay cash with Western Union, we are able to offer you a special discount.  Please contact us for further details.

Can I Sell or trade my items with you?
We look for a few items on all realms! Please contact us for more information.

Can I work for D2Palace?
We currently have many workers working for us.  Unfortunately, we can't hire everybody!  If you think you have an invaluable skill that we cannot live without, feel free to contact us.

What are Duped or Unperm Items?
Unperm is the word for duped and that is short for "duplicate".  If an item is duped, this means that it has been copied.  Blizzard wittingly added a scan to check for these items and delete them.  There are ways to reduce the likelihood of your items being deleted by The Scan but no method is 100% safe.  D2Palace cannot offer replacements for lost unperm items.  The upside to duped items is that they are usually many times cheaper than their legit counterparts.  A legit item might be worth upwards of $100, but a duped one could go for as little as $4.  Most players feel that this is a price saving.

Are the items in D2Palace unperm?
All Items are Permed unless stated.

How do I perm?
Make sure you always open a trade screen with someone, then cancel once it has open and then immediately leave that game.

Opening a tradescreen with another player and closing it will remove deletion flags from your items. Deletion flags may be reapplied to your item if you do not leave immediately after doing this.

But remember that if your duped item is a Rune or Jewel, just put it in a socket. It will be forever permanent in that item, whether it's duped or not. NOTE: Please perm every time before you leave a game.

What is the best resolution to view this site?
The site is best viewed with screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
